You deserve fair, affordable financial services. So we built the Lemando Prepaid MasterCard® and app to help you control your money and avoid unnecessary check cashing, overdraft, and monthly account fees. 

We’re focused on affordability. There’s no monthly fee, no purchase fee, no fee for cash back, no fee for your first over-the-counter withdrawals per pay period, no charge for customer service, no fee to use the app, and no fee for your first in-network ATM withdrawal each month.+ Our goal is for you to use the Lemando Card, and not have to pay any fees! We charge $2.50 / ATM withdrawal after your first no-fee in-network ATM each month, but with no charge for cash back, and no charge for one over-the-counter withdrawal each pay period, you can avoid some ATM charges.  

We want you to be in control of your money. You’ll receive SMS and push notifications in real time whenever you make a purchase, withdraw money or add funds to your card.++ And you can easily review your transaction history inside the app, so you’ll know what’s happening with your money in real time.  

Controlling your money should be convenient. In the app, you’ll find instructions for setting up a direct deposit with your employer or benefits provider, and directions for loading a check onto your card. You can also send money from your card to another Lemando Card in real-time, and quickly find ATMs and cash reload locations nearby.  

Sign-up in minutes. You can generally enroll for the card in the app in less than five minutes. Everyone is invited to enroll, regardless of citizenship status, credit history**, or income level. We keep your personal information secure and confidential.  

Your money is safe. Your card funds are FDIC-insured through Sunrise Banks N.A. and protected from fraud by MasterCard Zero Liability Policy.* If you lose your card, you can freeze it quickly in the app, or by calling 844-Lemando 24 hours/day, 365 day/year. We will quickly send you a new card, your money will remain protected, and your funds are available by calling Customer Service and confirming your identity.

The Lemando Prepaid MasterCard® is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from MasterCard International and may be used everywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted. MasterCard and MasterCard Brand Mark are registered trademarks of MasterCard International Incorporated.
